Return Policy:
Return authorization Numbers Are Required On ALL Returned Merchandise! products
that are initially defective, within 25 days of invoice is eligible for
replacement. Please note you are responsible for all return shipping charges and
we pay for shipping of the replacement. Everything MUST be included in original
box including manuals, parts, everything it came with. We are not liable for
packages that were damaged, lost or not delivered on time due to our delivery
companies (FedEx & UPS), though we will assist in filing claims and getting
replacements when issued a refund by the carrier. We will replace only the items
returned. If any products are damaged or returned to us missing parts, you will
be billed for those items. The problem must be specified when the defective is
returned. Please note your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the
packing box. Please insure all returns at full value. We are not responsible for
returns not received at our warehouse. All Return Authorizations not received
within 30 days of being issued will be canceled. You will be charged a
restocking fee of 20% for any working units returned to us if a refund or credit
is requested, it will be issued at current pricing less the shipping and
handling. Manufactures have continued to adopt stricter defective return
policies which we, in turn, must convey to you: Note: Most warranty instructions
are outlined in the product's owner's manual. Should the product fail in service
within the warranty period by us, the warranty exists between you and the
manufacturer.
**Policy for Crosley ONLY-**
Some of our Crosley products we have decided to do Free Ground shipping to
Lower 48 States ONLY. Please do not
choose expedited shipping on crosley products that have free ground shipping. If
you choose to have faster shipping service please email me or simply call and I
can give you a quote and invoice you for payment or payment by via telephone.
If you receive a defective crosley product we will issue a "UPS 3
attempt call tag" to pick up for replacement or repair.
Note- if a product is being returned for refund only and found
NOT to be defective a 20% restock fee will be applied and shipping charges will
be applied and also non refundable. If you are unhappy with the product and just
want a refund you will need to ship it back on your expense and a restock fee of
20% is deducted and shipping charges will be applied and non refundable. On
Products that have "free ground shipping", ACTUAL shipping charge will be
deducted from refund.
After the 30 days of purchase if item is defective please follow the instructions on the warranty card included with every Crosley item. This calls for calling the telephone number on the warranty card.

Shipping Charges:
We offer FEDEX and UPS occasionally USPS used at our discretion - shipping
including Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.
Shipping Damage
Sometimes situations arise that are out of our control. Among the most common is
damaged merchandise through shipping. In the case that your order, in whole or
in part, is damaged by the carrier it has to be claimed with that carrier. We
will replace defective merchandise but cannot be held liable for the actions of
the freight carrier.
